uScovery DMCC, in collaboration with Bekaert, presented the implementation of an innovative project based on Unitsky string technologies at the Moroccan Ministry of Transport and Logistics. The meeting was attended by representatives from both companies, as well as key officials from the Ministry, including Secretary General Khalid Cherkaoui and representatives from various departments, such as the Strategic Development and Innovation Departments.
During the presentation, an overview of uScovery DMCC's activities was provided, along with a demonstration of potential projects in Africa. The Moroccan side showed great interest in the proposals, which led to an active discussion about the possibilities for their implementation and practical aspects of deployment.
The Secretary General emphasized the importance of the project for the country’s transport infrastructure and suggested considering several examples for its application, particularly in the capital of Morocco, Rabat, to improve passenger transport.
To further advance the project, meetings are planned with representatives of key transport entities such as Casa Transport and Rabat Transport, as well as with the Ministry of Interior, regional presidents, and city authorities.
The project received positive feedback, and the parties enthusiastically agreed to move on to the next stage of negotiations, opening new opportunities for deepening collaboration.
